Awesome pizza flour

This is really good flour. Gives a lighter, soft and crunchy base compared to Caputo blue. Perfect for 62% hydration Neapolitan with superb results

It’s very different to Caputo, lighter. I think it will take a while to adjust to it,
It tasted better, lighter, the first two were great, though my base was very thin it fell apart on my third one. So, I think it is better but there will be an adjustment period to adapt to it.
