You can request a refund online within 7 days of your delivery for damaged, poor quality or missing items.
If more than 7 days have passed, please contact us directly. This will allow us to prioritise your query and deal with it as quickly as possible. Please be advised we are dealing with a high influx of queries at the moment but will aim to reply to you as soon as we can.
Unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.
