We want to let you know about our deliveries so you're completely in the loop.

Here at Blake & Tate we offers several different methods of delivery. The simplest way of knowing the cost of your delivery is to use the 'Shipping Calculator' on the page of the product you're interested in as it will provide as an indicator & show the various options for you. These are calculated by weight and size so if you add numerous items to your basket, then the shipping cost may be different when it comes to paying for your goods. You can see our delivery types below;

Hermes 2-4 working day delivery

If you're parcel is small & on the lighter side, we can offer this delivery option. Anything greater than 2kg (including packaging e.g. box and padding) in weight can't be shipped using this method.

This method is good for people purchasing 1 or 2 small items and don't mind waiting a little longer to receive their item.

Although we're quoted 2-4 working days, it can sometimes take a little longer during key periods such as Black Friday & Xmas, but we do our best to make sure your items are shipped as fast as possible. If you want your items a little sooner, then maybe check out the faster option below.

Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days)

We offer UPS, TNT or Parcelforce Express shipping, which means that if you purchase before 5pm, we'll make sure your parcel is shipped on a Next Working Day delivery. Although 90% of our shipments are delivered on the following working day, it's not always the case. This could be due to a surge in demand during busy periods e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas, or simply that they're struggling with the address you've provided so it's always helpful to leave a telephone number with your order so that the driver can contact you if they need some assistance finding you.

If you're parcel doesn't arrive on the following day, please check the tracking link that is sent to you upon dispatch.

Important information regarding UPS Deliveries in London: If your tracking is showing as delivered but nothing has arrived please get in touch. UPS operate slightly differently in London than to the rest of the UK as the driver has the ability to leave parcels at a nearby 'Access Point', this tends to be a newsagents or local store awaiting your collection. This means that customers have the ability to go and collect their parcel that evening if the driver isn't able to make delivery for one reason or another & prevents the parcel going back to the depot where it will stay until the following day. If your parcel is heavy, or you can't make it to the store yourself, you need to contact UPS to request a re-delivery. This can take a few days to get to you as they need to collect it from the UPS Access Point, & return it to the depot to be reprocessed and delivered to you again.
