Incredible flour produced by Caputo to generate a lovely elastic dough. It’s best to produce a soft dough with deep flavour. Great for pizza but flexible enough to be used for pastry products + other baking.
Best used for longer fermentation periods.

Best flour I've used, and very reasonably priced!
Mixed with a little semolina , and good free range eggs , and you will love your pasta again :)
